Notice at collection

Aston Sports Complex collects information you choose to provide to respond to inquiries, manage family accounts and memberships, and maintain optional ASC email sign-ups.

• Email sign-ups: email address, your adult/consent confirmation, the consent wording and version, and sign-up date.
• Interest list: parent or guardian name, email, and any phone number, athlete age, program interest, and message you provide.
• Family accounts: account contact details, athlete details, memberships, attendance, and payment records. Athlete registration also collects dietary needs, allergies, medical conditions, medications, and participation restrictions you choose to provide, for safe participation. Guardian name, waiver acceptance date and wording/version, and the separate optional photo-release choice and wording/version are retained as consent records. Photo permission is not required for participation. Health information is not authorized for publication by a photo release. These records are restricted to the athlete’s family account and authorized ASC admins. This site currently records payments; it does not collect payment-card details.
• Technical information: service providers process network/device information needed to deliver the website and secure accounts. Email sign-up abuse prevention uses an hourly one-way network identifier, not a stored raw IP address.

We use these categories for the purposes above, security, and meeting applicable obligations. Email sign-up is optional and does not create a membership. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Email choices

ASC updates require a separate affirmative opt-in from an adult. Contact inquiries and account registration do not automatically subscribe you to ASC updates. You can withdraw consent or request removal by emailing info@astonsportscomplex.com. Any future commercial email must include an effective opt-out and sender identification.

Cookies & browser storage

Essential account/session storage supports sign-in and security. Local browser storage remembers your cookie-notice choice and whether you dismissed or completed the email prompt. These choices remain until you clear browser storage. Account storage is managed by the sign-in service and cleared or updated when you sign out.

No advertising or optional analytics cookies are enabled. Cookie settings are available in the footer. You can block or clear storage using browser controls; doing so may prevent sign-in or cause notices to appear again.

Service providers & disclosures

Lovable Cloud provides hosting, account services, and secure information storage. Website fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives network information when fonts load. Google sign-in is optional and connects to Google if you choose it. Providers process information to deliver these services. Authorized ASC staff can review submitted information. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect safety and security.

California privacy requests

California residents can contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information, or to withdraw email consent. We may need to verify your identity or authority as a representative, and some records may need to be retained for legal or service obligations.

If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to ASC, additional rights may include knowing the categories and specific information collected, deletion and correction, opting out of sale or sharing, limiting certain uses of sensitive information where applicable, and non-discrimination for exercising those rights. Applicability depends on statutory criteria; this notice does not represent that ASC meets those thresholds.

We do not sell or share personal information for advertising, regardless of a Global Privacy Control signal. No optional tracking is activated in response to your choices. We do not change essential site operations in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Children & family information

The email sign-up is for adults 18 and older. Family forms and accounts are intended to be completed by parents or guardians, not children. Parents should provide only information needed for their inquiry or athlete’s participation. Provide participation-related health information only in the dedicated athlete registration fields, not public inquiries or email-update forms. To correct health notes or withdraw photo permission for future use, contact info@astonsportscomplex.com. If you believe a child under 13 submitted personal information directly without appropriate parental consent, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.

Retention & security

We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, ongoing family services, consent records, security, and applicable legal obligations. Email sign-up records are kept while consent remains active, subject to removal requests and any required records. Access to family and sign-up information is restricted. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Contact & policy changes

Email info@astonsportscomplex.com with “Privacy request” or “Unsubscribe” in the subject, or write to Aston Sports Complex, 537 E. Houston Ave., Visalia, CA 93291.

Updates to this policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes affecting email consent will require a new opt-in where needed.
